“Motivational Services has provided me with many opportunities throughout my time working in the mental health and human services field. I was able to complete my college internship here, have been a part of many educational trainings, have had an ability to maintain my certifications through the training center, and have had every opportunity to grow and advance within the company. I have made life long friendships with co workers and I feel that I can always be myself. Working here gives me the opportunity to put my skills to use while enriching the lives of our clients, which ultimately makes us a better community.”

Danielle Guimond, SR MHSS

"Working at Motivational Services gives me the sense of purpose. Over my long experience of working in home care, nursing homes, and in acute hospital settings, I have found a great family of camaraderie and respect. I could not think of spending my passion with another company or with a better family. Sometimes you look for a job but here I found purpose."

Mark Brookes, MHSS

"Working at Motivational Services for almost three decades has taught me a lot. I have learned to be more compassionate towards people and have learned that we all have our individual challenges. I feel I have grown as a person working with our clients and my team members over the years. Motivational Services has given me this opportunity to learn and appreciate people's differences we support and work with daily."

Elaine Doucette, MHSS

“Having worked for other agencies, at various capacities in the mental health field, I have found MOCO to be the very best. This company’s commitment to the cliental it serves goes above and beyond any that I have experienced. The same goes for its employees. The level of support that is available, along with a team building approach, is amazing. The willingness to listen and work with people (client and employee alike) to meet their individual needs is refreshing. This is the sort of agency where hard work, motivation and commitment are appreciated and there is genuine opportunity for advancement. I am very happy to be a part of it!”

Brent Dyer, MHSS

"Motivational Services goes to great lengths to make sure residents and staff are heard.  The work schedules have always been accommodating and flexible. This company actively seeks your input and ideas to help improve the lives of both residents and staff.  Your voice will be heard, personal and professional goals will be met. The positive work environment radiates through every level of the company and leads to an improvement in the lives of residents we support.

Andrew Golden, MHSS

“When I first came to work at this company the staff were all very supportive and were willing to make sure I was comfortable. I came from a job that had a chaotic environment on any given day and it was important for me to be able to adjust to the change. The staff were patient and were willing to answer any questions that I had. I felt part of the team immediately and that was very important to have that. All the managers and Coordinators are supportive with what goals you may want to achieve, and it really is a great company to work for. The work is rewarding, a challenge and you grow as a person while helping others.”

Keith S. MHSS

“I am grateful to work for an agency that values and supports its employees as much as Motivational Services does.  I can genuinely say that I love my job and work with an outstanding group of people.”
